For all fruit cake lovers and haters out there. I have a new recipe I'd like to share. It's so easy you can whip it up in no time. It will also be gone in no time too ,I promise.

Cake
1box Duncan Hines Spice cake
1/2 cup regular applesauce
8 oz candied fruit

Follow directions on cake box,add applesauce and  fold in candied fruit Bake according to box
let cool down then add frosting.

Frosting
1/2 stick butter (room temp)
1-8oz package cream cheese ( room temp)
1 lb powder sugar
2teaspoons vanilla

mix with mixer

Try not to eat all of frosting before putting on cake. haha
This is  very moist and yummy. Kinda tastes like carrot cake.
