Yeah there's an app for that!! I just had to find it. now I can blog from my phone!!! We won our last soccer game8-0. Kids were super excited!! Ok so we had 2 more kids on our team since all the other team didn't show. It was up to the other coach to play 6or 8. Since it was the last game and they would have had to forfeit,he just let them play that way. DQ afterwards! Yum!!

Fish is my new favorite food.... In theory. 90 cal 3 grams if fat and 16 grams of protein. Now if I can just get it down without pukeing. I made it through the baking Process and yeah it probably took me a full 30 min to get it down. Last two bites I smothered in mustard. That got it down. Now I must admit I was starving before I fixed the fish and now totaly just want to get out of the kitchen and not hungry at all. Too busy trying to keep it down. Also had a side of mixed veggies. now if anyone has any fish recipes that can get rid of fish taste and the texture I'm all ears. No wonder people fry them, but defeats the purpose right. Anyways I had Gordan's fishermans frozen butter garlic kind. If you've had it tell me your thoughts on it. Haha, Bill just walked out here gagging cause of the smell and was told to never cook that while he's around. Anyway if you call me and I don't pick up the phone I may be hovering over the toilet. Bill is also trying to lose weight, but he's practaly starving himself. Well better go Fish isn't the only thing stinkin around here.
Zeke had his first of many surgeries yesterday. The were able to separate two fingers on both hands and one toe on his right foot. Will have to release them in other surgeries due to the amount of skin grafts. We are all hoping he comes home today. Please pray for a speedy recovery and strength for Dwight and Melissa.
Other news: Bill turned 40 yesterday. Wanted to go boating, but didn't go as planned. Spent all day trying to find trailer parts. We did enjoy a nice steak dinner and I let him pick out what he wanted to watch on TV. Get this we watched an old Clint Eastwood western. Really?????? It turned out to be pretty good. I guess this makes us officially old by making that statement. I do believe it's the first time I've seen one all the way through. I didn't even nod off. I now have a favorite quote about Kansas. Kansas has sunshine, sunflowers and sons of $&@%#^s. Too funny.

A quick version of what we did this week. Monday we went to the zoo. It was kinda chilly, but felt really good. The zoo was soooooooooo crowded being a holiday that it was kinda crazy. Bought a hand print art piece that was super expensive and turned out really dorky. But hey it's priceless right?
Tuesday we went to the lake to fix our trailer. It took longer then we expected, but it is now done and safe again. We also rescued an idiot who went out without checking to see if his boat ran.  Long storey short after him not helping to make sure our boats didn't collide,me doing all the work,Bill getting fed up,finally sling shot him up to the ramp. Adios. I now feel like I've been run over by a truck. I'm sure the whole scene was hilarious cause I was all over our boat and some of the time sprawled out hanging on to his and our boat for life. Wish we could have done some real boating that day,but the water was super rough and even white capping. So needless to say this year has been a terrible boating year for us. Today just trying to catch up on house cleaning.
Kevin news: He's starting to crawl backwards. Super cute.

Racing the cheetah. Yeah she made it 4 feet before the electronic cheetah beat her.
Below are some of the faces  Kevin made throughout the day. He seemed to really enjoy his first trip to the zoo.

Kevin's first time boating will definitely be unforgettable. We waited to pick Ashley up before we went. Not a cloud in the sky. If you haven't been to Bloomington in awhile the roads are tree covered and windey.  Very beautiful drive, however we did not see that a storm was moving in. Matter of fact it wasn't till we got the boat in the water did we notice. We almost right then put it back on, but we decided since we had come all this way surely we could at least get a lap in. We were flying out as everyone else was gunning it to the boat ramp. We get out just a bit and I spotted lightning so we raced to the ramp too.  Bill took the kids to the truck and I waited by the  docked boat, all of a sudden the storm was on us and it was bad!!!!!!!!! It felt like I was being pelted by BB's and lightning everywhere. Bill had the truck backed down so I ran to the truck while he ran to the boat. It was then that I noticed that one of the bunks on the trailer was floating. OH NO!!!! This is bad.  Tried to push it on cause being held still on one end, hoping to just get the boat on. It wouldn't go on the right way. Bill witnessed what was going on from the dock and came running back over. At some point I told a gentleman who was having trouble with getting his boat on, our predicament. So he helped us. THANK GOD. He and Bill put ratchet straps on it to hold it in place, then discovered the other major bunk was loose too. You can only imagine what was going on in my head at least. Ok besides the obvious I was also praying that the guys would not be struck by lightning. Also grateful for Bill having four ratchet straps in the truck. On a day to day basis, the amount of tools in our vehicles drives me crazy, But thank goodness we had them that day. Anyway we got the boat on, helped the other guy with his boat, and carefully drove home. I should add that after all this craziness when we pulled out the boat  the storm started slowing down. By the time we left the sun was shining and we saw the prettiest rainbow. As Bill said, we paid $25 at the gate to torture ourselves. We were soaking wet and freezing. It was a long nerve racking drive home. Bill has since put some lag screws in the bunks to get us by and is going to make new bunks and fix the trailer next time we go out. Keep your fingers crossed. I say lets buy a new trailer, but apparently you can buy a 4 wheeler for the same price. This look says it all. She Did NOT want to go and was a nervous wreck.
The next day was drastically less exciting thank goodness. Ashley had a cavity lasered off, then we
took her out for ice cream. Evidently Kevin knows the old saying We all scream for ice cream, cause he screamed until we gave him some too. Then we took her to the Commons and she braved the playground.
On another note Check out my newest scrapbook project. It's an old window. You can't see the first pane well but it has The Pledge of Allegiance. Working on a second window now.Post later. I was really happy how it turned out.

I am drooling!!!! And no I'm not teething. I've come across a postcard telling about a scrapbook convention coming to Cincinnati in October. I'm seriously thinking of going. I've already checked out all the classes and want to go to 90% of them. Plus to be able to buy new products!!!!! Doesn't Hobby Lobby know I already have everything I want from them. They never have anything new, I keep checking though. Anyway anyone want to come with me?? Mom, Amanda....???? I can almost hear you groan. LOL Amanda, you have to admit we had some good times, I still laugh about one day in particular!!! Any way, I know I'd have to go by myself, but I'm sure i'll get lost in my own little world. Maybe have to wear one of Kevin's bibs, but I'm sure there will be other bib wearers too. Oct 13-14 are the days I can go, call me if you want to go...... Anybody.......

Took the boat to a different lake. Bill got her running, but couldn't get the prop to go up. Finally we got it to stay up with a wench. They unfortunately can't get to it for two weeks. Bummer, but better in the driveway then out in the water. Things happen for a reason.
